In the last year the fashion and retail world has transformed. From the easy access of online shopping to customizable clothing, the industry is developing rapidly. Fashion startup’s are all the buzz.

Consumer behavior and customer preferences make or break whether a company’s product will suceed. Interested in these patterns and fashion trends? “Trendalytics” tracks different fashion markets to see whats currently hot and in demand. This concept is truly valuable in this time as consumer tastes are forever changing and new trends occuring on the daily. “Trendalytics” provides this crucial data to creative firms so they can customize their platforms and products in order to cater to shoppers.

One fashion startup that caught my attention was “Stitch Fix”. Founder, Katerina Lake, came up with a creative business idea. “Stitch Fix” allows users to be personally styled online. You can now enjoy being styled from the comfort of your own home. If you do not have the time to go shopping and pick out particular items, this online platform does just that. This has shaped the fashion and shopping experience for customers as the process is so convenient and personalized.

Personalization is special to consumers. If a product is made specifically for your needs there is a greater connection and chance that you will use it. “Ringly” creates jewellry that tracks your movement and keeps you active. The beautifully crafted rings and bracelets were made to keep women happy and thriving. This mission is powerful and positively impacts many women through the use of technology to track your movement.

Through innovation and technology the fashion industry is advancing. Newer creative concepts are continually coming to life. These startups are changing the way you behave and shop. Keep an eye out for these upcoming businesses as they can transform the way you view the fashion world.
